FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Can I get them in 20 inch instead of 22 inch?
A. Yes, 20x8.5 inch chrome are currently available for $999 shipped to the lower 48 states. Non-chrome finish is currently
unavailable.
Q. Will these accept the factory tire pressure sensors?
A. Yes, they will accept the factory tire pressure sensors. We will be offering those as well for anyone who may need them and there is a link below that will give you more information about that.
Q. What kind of center caps will be coming with the wheels?
A. Right now they will come with a standard BOSS cap but we are trying to get a plain cap made so that a vinyl decal can be added. We may or may not be able to supply the vinyl decals. We are looking into copy right issues right now to see if that’s something we can offer but right now it’s still up in the air. We are hoping to be able to offer a Bowtie decal and SS decal and possibly a few others. If you have any suggestions please let us know.
Q. Can I get tires with my wheels?
A. Yes, we will be offering a wide variety of wheel and tire combos. We are collecting data in the sign up form in an effort to try and leverage our buying power with some of the various tire manufacturers to try and get a lower price on the more popular requests and do a bulk purchase from the tire vendors to try and save you all some money on the package.
Q. Will I have to mount and balance the rims and tires once they arrive?
A. Not unless you want to. We have state of the art mounting and balancing equipment and do all of our own mounting and balancing on site and have factory trained technicians doing the work so we know its done right.
Q. How will my rims and/or tires be shipped to me?
A. We use several different carriers to try to insure that we are able to provide you with the lowest shipping cost.
We use Fed Ex ground and Fed Ex freight most of the time since we get a substantial discount since we are SEMA members.
All of our wheel and tire packages are shipped with full insurance and well packaged to make sure it gets to you damage
free. However we are not able to be with the packages during their trip to you so from time to time they do get damaged during transit but since we fully insure everything we ship we can simply file a claim with the shipper and get you a replacement quickly and painlessly.
